Open call to submit your films for Sofia Short Fest 2025
We were eager to officially announce the first edition of Sofia Short Fest, and now the time has finally come. We do it! The festival will be held between June 13th and 15th in Sofia city, and will take place at a set of renowned locations, cinema halls and alternative spots.
It’s our pleasure to inform you, that we are already open to receiving your film submissions. You are welcome to join Sofia Short Fest 2025, a forum designated to those who love short cinema, but most importantly – independent art and culture. SSF is the celebration of the brave new short cinema!
The festival will accept films in three main categories: live-action, animation, and documentary. The films will be divided into two equal groups – professionals and students.
The deadline for submission is 31.03.2025.
