Important notice, if you are a director of a selected film!
To take advantage of the free admission opportunities, you must write to tickets@sofiashort.com with the specified screenings and desired number of seats, from the e-mail address with which you submitted the film through FilmFreeway. Within 24 hours, you will receive back issued tickets, which must be shown at the entrance.
The strict ticket policies of cinemas, combined with the parallel sale of online tickets through an operator, require special organization to ensure comfort for all guests, fast entry and elimination of the risk of seat mismatches. To this end, it is imperative that each attendee has a pre-issued ticket, regardless of whether it is free. Thank you for your understanding. |
